Vanilla Cakes



 Ingredients (for 15buns)   
                       
Butter
   55gm
Sugar
  115gm
Milk (if needed)
   ¼ tsp
Maida or Refined flour
  115gm
Baking powder
   ¼ tsp
Vanilla essence
      2
Eggs
      2











Method :
1. Melt the butter. Add sugar till light.
2. Beat the eggs till fluffy and add gradually to the butter and sugar.
3. Continue beating the mixture.
4. Shift together flour and baking powder and fold into creamed mixture with sufficient milk to give a dropping consistency.
5. Add vanilla essence, mix well.
6. Grease the tray and pour the mixture.
7. Bake at 190°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
