Black Forest Cake

Ingredients

Refined flour (or) Maida
60gm
Baking powder
¼ tsp
Coco powder
60gm
Baking soda
a pinch
Eggs
4
Sugar
120gm
Butter (melted)
120gm
Vanilla essence
2 drops

For Decoration 

Whipped cream
200gm
Chocolate (grated)
15gm
Cherry and cashewnuts 
a few

Method
1. Sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda together.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar over hot water to custard consistency.
3. Lightly fold in sieved flour and melted butter, adding a little water to get a pouring consistency.
5. Line and grease two 18cm (7'') cake tins.
6. Put the mixture in tins and bake at 205°C for about 20 minutes. 
7. Cool and sandwich with fresh cream and put a thick layer of cream on top. 
8. Finish  with chopped nuts, grated chocolate on sides on top and place the cherry on top.
