Fudge Cake

Ingredients

Butter
85gm
Vanilla essence
1 tsp
Sugar
225gm
Eggs
2
Cocoa powder 
40gm
Milk (sour)
220ml
Hot water
85ml
Refined flour (or) Maida
200gm
Soda
¼ tsp
Salt
a pinch

Method
1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence together till light and fluffy.
2. Beat the eggs and add them.
3. Mix cocoa powder in hot water and add alternately with sour milk and mix well.
4. Shift together flour, soda and salt and add to mixture and mix well.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 175°C.
